• Design Basis Report (DBR): Utilities & piping design.
• Mechanical Works: Sizing of RWTP, FPS, compressors, chillers, cooling towers.
• Piping Works: Utility P&IDs, piping layout drawings, pipe racks, valve datasheets, BOQs.
• Fire Protection: Hydrant system layouts & BOQs.
• Equipment Engineering: PDS & specifications for all utility equipment.
