Scope of Work

The scope of work covered the following:

• Mechanical Works: Engineering of utility systems (steam, condensate recovery, hot water, Chilled water, compressed air, cooling water, FRW).
• Electrical Works: Load estimation, distribution networks, SLDs, cabling, lighting, earthing & lightning protection.
• Piping Works: Steam, condensate, compressed air, hot water, service water – layouts, sizing, material specs, and isometrics.
• Fire Protection: Hydrants, sprinklers, detection & alarm systems as per norms.
